Brian Allen is a Senior
Consultant for Character of Excellence. He has over 20 years
experience in Training and Development. Most recently, Brian worked for
Southwest Airlines’ University for People, an innovative group charged with
promoting the unique corporate culture of Southwest Airlines. Brian served
the University in a variety of roles, designing and delivering training
programs on Leadership, Teambuilding, and Communication Skills; speaking on
behalf of Southwest at numerous conferences and conventions; and finally,
initiating a unique Career Development program for the employees of the
company, where he was able to coach hundreds of Southwest employees on a
variety of career issues.
